Advanced Options

With the Customize Reports window open, XE "advanced options:reports" selecting Advanced brings the Advanced Options dialog box.

Display Rows and Display Columns turn on or off parts of the display, according to content found in searching transactions: XE "display rows" XE "display columns" XE "non-zero:in reports"

All means that every possible row and/or column will be displayed, even if that means reporting absolutely nothing, and usually produces thundering herds of zeroes.

Active selects rows and/or columns to display if there was any activity in transactions selected for inclusion in these rows or columns, even if the results are zero.

Non-zero means a row or column will be displayed only if results come out other than zero.

Reporting Calendar XE "reporting calendar" enables selection of the year appropriate to your needs.
