NetLedger Launches Certified Consultant Program
By Debra A. Estock

San Mateo, California based NetLedger, Inc., a provider of Web-based small business solutions, today  launched its Certified Consultant Program to officially certify accounting & other professionals    as NetLedger experts.

The company reported that this is the only certification program in its category for accounting and other professionals. The knowledge gained will enable them to offer expert advice to existing and potential clients. It also creates additional business opportunities by listing them in the NetLedger Consultants Directory on the NL web site. To become certified professionals must fill out an application & complete an online exam. Once certified they receive:

two free NetLedger accounts with up to 5 users for each account, including; accounting, payroll, online commerce, employee access & customer relationship management
unlimited single-user NetLedger accounts with accounting and payroll for consultant's personal use only (payroll includes tax tables for all 50 states);
a listing in the NetLedger Certified Consultant Directory with a link to each consultant's website;
an introduction to NetLedger Guide and a co-branded NetLedger edition for clients;
priority e-mail/phone support and use of the NetLedger Certified Consultant logo.

"Two-thirds of my clients will use NetLedger this year," commented Florida C.P.A. Mike Block, a QuickBooks specialist whose Web site can be found at www.blocktax.com. "We will save lots of time, money and aggravation by not having to transfer files, stop the work of clients or make them stop their work for us. The Certified Consultant program is just what I need to go out and win new business," Block said.

"The NetLedger Certified Consultant Program is specifically designed to help accounting and other small business professionals grow their business. They will be able to enhance their consulting practice by recommending a complete business management tool," said Evan Goldberg, president and CEO of NetLedger, Inc. "This program benefits both accountants and small business expert advisors, who are increasingly migrating their practices online, and small business customers, who rely on the expertise of professionals to guide them in their use of accounting and small business management technology."
